Join Mama+ at Spine+ this summer!
We’re so excited to share our new in-person body + mind support group for new mamas! We’re kicking off our 4-week summer session on Wednesday July 10th from 12am – 1pm.
*eligible for insurance coverage under chiropractic*
Every Wednesday, Spine+ Chiropractors, Dr. B and Dr. Z will facilitate a hands-on interactive body + mind workshop to help new mamas navigate the physical, emotional and mental changes that occur postpartum in a safe and supportive setting.
Body: Learn how to effectively rehabilitate and connect with your body after giving birth through our doctor designed exercise program aimed at strengthening and healing your core, pelvic floor, postural and gluteal muscles. These interactive exercise classes will help you lay the foundation for a strong and resilient body that will keep you thriving into motherhood.
Mind: Deepen your understanding of postpartum anxiety and other postpartum challenges. Learn how to effectively manage your new identity as a mom with tools and coping strategies to enhance emotional wellbeing. These sessions will address various topics such as sleep deprivation, self-care, emotional well-being, gratitude and mindfulness.
Spaces are limited! Reserve your spot today!
*Topics may vary each week*
*Can be covered under chiropractic benefits if you’re already a patient of Dr. Bandali or Dr. Zayed. If would like to join this program, but you’re not currently under our care, please book an initial chiropractic assessment first in order to be eligible for coverage under chiropractic benefits*
